3.2 Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via email after purchase. You will receive download links and access instructions to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the email within 24 hours.

For purchased digital products, you receive a license to use the product as described in Section 3.1, but ownership and intellectual property rights remain with me.

Payments for digital products are processed through Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service. All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified.

For consulting services, payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of this Website, digital products, or consulting services.

My total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
